  • Event/problem history
  • Complete error message, including text and numbers

Communicate the Urgency of Your Situation:

Normal: Problems which have no immediate impact on your operation or business.

High: Problems or issues that have a direct and immediate impact on your operation or business. Your system will be operational, but without full capability.

Down: The system or process is down and requires immediate response. Please be aware that, in these situations, the customer must be available for immediate follow-up.
